Reports:

The article presents a detailed and interesting research on the implementation and adaptation of digital terrestrial television (DTT) in Spanish households. Its main objective is to establish which national, regional and local policies have in fact facilitated the digital transition. Furthermore, this research aims to identify the real conditions of the market and offer of television sets and receivers during the digital transition.
In particular, the author presents a complete introduction that contextualises the transition to DTT. This introduction is adequate because it excellently summarises the whole transition process, and the different national programs that the Spanish government has implemented to facilitate the digital transition.
Moreover, the author presents a diverse methodology which is adequate for each of the objectives, with suitable methodological tools that provide clear and practical results. The selection and scientific examination of the survey sample is correct. The graphs are relevant and help clarifying and summarising the multiple and interesting data.
Finally, it is worth noting that the conclusion, bibliography and consulted sources are relevant and make this article worth of publication in the RLCS.
