Andreu Casero-Ripollés is Professor of Journalism, Accredited Senior Lecturer, and Director of the Department of Communication Sciences of the Jaume I University of Castelló (Spain). He holds a BA degree from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a PhD degree from the Pompeu Fabra University. Member of l’Institut d’Estudis Catalans. Guest researcher at the Universities of Columbia (United States) and Westminster (United Kingdom), among others. Researcher in the areas of political communication and digital journalism. Author of journal articles published in Information, Communication & Society, International Journal of Press/Politics, American Behavioural Scientist and International Journal of Communication, among others.
